I am a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Dr Sarah-Jane Vick and Prof.
Hannah Buchanan-Smith. I am funded by the Faculty of Human Sciences Departmental
Scholarship, University of Stirling and ESRC Studentship.
My research examines features of gestural communication in language trained
chimpanzees (Language Research Centre, Georgia State University, US) and wild
East African chimpanzees (Budongo Conservation Field Station, Uganda).
I teach the Social Mind tutorials (Animal Communication essay groups), the
Language and Thinking practicals, Introductory Psychology tutorials and Animal
Behaviour tutorials.
