I have overall responsibility for the all computer systems in the Division along with our three servers.

I provide all levels of diagnostic support for all systems used in Psychology.

High levels of experience in setting up configuring and maintaining Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems. Also experience in Apple OS X versions and Linux support.

I provide support for many software applications.

I am highly experienced in all areas of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and have developed an intranet which runs in Psychology and is extensively used.  I am constantly updating and developing new skills in this area.

 

 

I am always looking for innovative ways in which to handle our computing requirements.  I investigate new concepts and try to find ways to improve the computing experience for all users within the division.

I am available to provide assistance in the use of software and to answer any questions regarding computer use, configuration and projects that may require specialised IT assistance.
