The Department encourages students to take part in international exchange programmes, usually in their third year. Established programmes give students the opportunity to spend a year studying in a variety of institutions across the United States, Canada and Australia.

Careers
A career in any field of professional psychology requires postgraduate study. The Stirling Psychology Degree programme is acceptable to all major institutions as a pre-cursor to postgraduate study. The Single Honours and all Combined Honours degree programmes are accredited by the British Psychological Society.
